At Healing Dialogue and Action, we believe healing is the foundation of justice.
Who We Are
Healed People, Heal People.
At Healing Dialogue and Action (HDA), we believe healing happens in community, and no one should have to walk it alone.
We are a Los Angeles-based nonprofit accompanying victims and survivors of violence on their healing journeys. We don’t just offer programs; we walk alongside you. Whether you are currently navigating a recent loss, years into your journey, or somewhere in between, our team of Wounded Healers, individuals who have lived their own experiences of violence, loss, and grief, are here to meet you where you’re at. This is the heart of what we do. Because there is something powerful and transformative about being supported by someone who truly knows and understands your pain. There is an opening to release shame, break free from isolation, and see that healing is possible.
We are here to support you.

Referral & System Navigations
Regularly scheduled gatherings for victim-survivors to connect and share coping strategies. Topics may include resilience building, navigating grief, reclaiming joy, and more.
Peer Support Groups & Community Gatherings
Gatherings where victim-survivors come together in a peaceful, trauma-informed setting to rest, gain self-care tools, connect with other wounded healers, and hold space on a deeper level than in a meeting space. Retreats include but are not limited to sound bath experiences, forest bathing, Reiki, art, and more.
Retreats
Safety, confidentiality, and discretion are foundational to our work, ensuring that victim-survivors can engage with support in a trusted and secure environment.
